City Index, a leading provider of Leveraged Financial Products in the City, has selected CDP's leading edge mobile technology to power their mobile trading platform.

This will initially be launched across their financial spreadbetting division, Finspreads, with a view to extending it across other platforms such as Contracts for Differences. The solution, which includes features such as real-time streaming prices for over 9,000 market instruments and full trading capability, will be a step change in the evolution of mobile trading.

The solution is powered by CDP's Mobile Trading Server technology which delivers unprecedented advancements in performance, functionality, security and compliance. The solution will cover all mobile device types including Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian and all modern Java enabled mobile phones.
